Bike for Betty…and all the women in your life!

Mountain Bike Tour:
This is your chance to see the harder to reach places of Mississauga's park system. You will ride with guides from our start at Memorial Park through the scenic Credit Valley. There will be periods where you will be following dedicated bike lanes on your way to the park system. At the turnaround you will be able to replenish your fluids before the leg home. Scroll down to see the map.

A great way to get to know the environment that Mississauga has to offer.

Experienced guides will lead the way to an exciting adventure right in our backyard!

Start Time: 8:30 AM

Ride Time: 2 hours – 3 hours
Suggested age group: ages 15 and up
Mountain Bikes mandatory
Spare tubes required
Bikes required to be in good working order

Registration Fee
Adult (16 years & older)
      $20 per person. Raise $100 or more in pledges and receive a free t-shirt.

Child (under 16 years)
      Free. Children who raise $25 or more in pledges receive a free t-shirt.

How to register:
Choose one of the following options:

  1. Click on the “Register Now” button on this page. Please NOTE that online registration will close on Friday, May 23 at Noon. After this time, participants may register on event day at the registration tent.
  2. Download and print the registration PDF from this site and mail or fax the form to:

  3. Visit the Trillium Health Centre Foundation, 170 Sherway Drive, Etobicoke from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
  4. On event day, at the registration tent near the start/finish line.

For All Participants

  1. Each registrant will receive their very own bib, available on event day at the registration tent.
  2. Bike and bag check will be available on site.
  3. Medals will be awarded to all riders.
  4. Great gift bags as you cross the finish line.

Reminders for Participants

  1. Register early to avoid lineups
  2. Bike helmets mandatory
  3. Spare tubes recommended
  4. Water bottles recommended. Water stations will be available at the turnaround points for the the 15k, 30k, 40k and 75k routes and at Memorial Park.
  5. Maintenance and repair support will NOT be available at Memorial park. Visit your local bike shop for tune-ups and maintenance repairs as needed before event day.
  6. Don't forget to bring your own blanket to make yourself comfortable for the event festivities and entertainment.
  7. Please dress accordingly - rain or shine
