Bike 4 Betty…and all the women in your life!

Parent Tot Ride:
This child friendly route will take you and your kids from the start at Port Credit’s Memorial Park, along the Credit River, around Saddington Park, along Mississauga’s beautiful Lake Ontario waterfront, and back around to Memorial Park. There will be entertainment along the way to make sure everyone has fun, and you can hop off the route to play in Saddington Park.

Registration Fee: $40
PLUS minimum $150 in pledges

Child (under 12): FREE (with registered parent)
Requires minimum $50 in pledges

Start Time: 10:30am

Ride Time: 1 hours – 1.5 hours

Suggested age group: newborn – 4 years with parent supervision
Tricycles, training wheel bikes, strollers, baby knapsacks

  • Rest stations with water and healthy snacks
  • Route marshals
  • Bike repair and maintenance support

Safety Information

Along each route, there will be volunteers and route marshals available to assist you. Support vehicles will be driving along the route. If you are having trouble, flag them down by taking off and waving your helmet. The support vehicle can transport you back to Memorial Park.

First aid and bike repair and maintenance support will be available at Memorial Park.

Tour Leader(s) will accompany each ride.

Water and snacks will be available at the Start/Finish area at Memorial Park and water stations will be situated along the bike routes.


What to Bring

For safety reasons, please remember the following:

  • Bike helmets required
  • Spare tubes recommended
  • Visit your local bike shop for tune-ups and maintenance repairs as needed before event day.
  • Water bottles recommended. Water stations will be available at the start/finish area at Memorial Park and along the 15k, 30k, 75k, and 100k routes.
  • Use caution when riding on residential roads. Obey all stop signs!

The following is a list of items to bring with you on event day:

  • Bicycle in good working order
  • Bike helmet (required)
  • Spare tubes
  • Water bottles
  • Comfortable cycling clothes
  • Sun protection
  • Registration form and fee (if not pre-registered)
  • Pledges and pledge forms
  • Blanket to make yourself comfortable for the event festivities and entertainment
